Here is what you need to know …

 

 

TRAFFIC FLOW: for this year you will enter on the NORTH side of the building and drive SLOWLY around the back of the school and drop off/ pick up under the awning on the SOUTH side..

 

 

SCHOOL HOURS: PreK students drop off is between 8 and 8:30. Class will begin at 8:30. Pick up is from 11:15-11:30. Please be prompt on picking up to allow our students to clear out before Kindergarten is dismissed.

 

Birthday: Please let your teacher know if you’re planning to send cupcakes or cookies at least TWO days before your child’s birthday, so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

 

Toys: NO toys with the exception of Show and Tell (which is every TUESDAY).

 

Show and Tell: Please label your child’s toy; we don’t want it going home with the wrong person.

 

HOMEWORK: Will be sent home on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The homework will consist of one paper that your child can complete in 2-5 minutes.

 

FOLDERS: I ask that they be sent daily to insure you child gets notes, homework or anything else that is important to you. There is a side to be LEFT at home and a side to bring RIGHT back; we ask that you check the folders daily. We provide the folders.

 

Clothes: Please send an extra change of clothing to be left in your child’s backpack; you never know when we might need an extra change. Accidents do happen.

 

News Letter: Please check the website or your email. We will NOT send newsletters home.

8:00-8:30 Arrive/Playtime

8:30-9:00 Bible/Song

9:00-10:30 Curriculum (this includes pledges, songs, poems as well as lesson and paperwork)

10:30-10:45 Snack

10:45-11:00 Clean up/ Pack up

11:00-11:20 Outside Play

11:20 -11:30 Dismissal

 

 

 

This schedule is subject to change. The schedule will be adjusted for birthdays, extra events that are going on at school or program practice.
